On Friday, February 21st, Dr. Lora Wiens has an in-person training on “The Impact of Narcissistic Abuse and Neglect in Narcissistic Family Systems” in Crystal Lake, IL, sponsored by the McHenry County Mental Health Board. Therapeutic Yoga
On Sunday, February 9th, we partnered with Katie Arnold Yoga and NAMI of McHenry County to offer Slow Flow Yoga. It was a gift to have Katie Arnold guide us through Yoga and Meditation that was grounding and peaceful. We were glad to collaborate with NAMI of McHenry County and to support their mission of improving the quality of life for those whose lives are impacted by Mental Illness.
